Yea, maybe they should have rescheduled that seeing how they're probably getting quite a bit of feedback right now anyway. I kinda suppect things like “Please add a feature to purchase and play EA games through Steam" too be amongst the nicer things they'll have to read now > : )

Yep and I know I bought a Premium Spectre Pack, stopped playing and loaded up Skyrim for a while (but didn't log off Origin), booted up ME3 later on to check if I had a Commendation Pack yet (didn't), logged off Origin to see if that would work and finally logged back in to find ME3 needed me to redeem an online pass...
Hopefully they can patch this or roll back the Spectre pack purchase. It definitely has the possibility of being a huge problem. In which case I could miss my commendation pack. Hopefully that doesn't happen.

Hmmm, maybe it's the Victory Pack?
It's not that either, victory pack or com pack never appeared in my store so I had no problems playing yesterday.

I *do* wonder if it's something fat-fingered on the DB or in client code. As a developer myself, I'm (more than) a little surprised by how little basic testing/QA/competence there seems to be, not to mention the complete lack of communication. Who are these people and why are they so bad at what they do? How do they still have jobs?

Even though it's a small sample size, it is spread over every version of ME3, and spread geographically from here in Sweden to Russia, Australia, and the US among other countries.
