Err, has anyone heard an update from Bioware about this? I've been gone for a few days, got this error last night (can't access the MP or even SP since it can't authorize DLC), EA Help said they were aware and fixing the problem "soon" but As of this morning, I'm still having the problem. The only post by Bioware on the forums says that MP is fixed (which I'm assuming is referencing an earlier problem and not this one). How widespread is this? Like every PC player?

yea they have mentioned they're working on it (you'll find it in the pc technical issues forum)

Yea, maybe they should have rescheduled that seeing how they're probably getting quite a bit of feedback right now anyway.  I kinda suppect things like “Please add a feature to purchase and play EA games through Steam"  too be amongst the nicer things they'll have to read now > : )

Yep and I know I bought a Premium Spectre Pack, stopped playing and loaded up Skyrim for a while (but didn't log off Origin), booted up ME3 later on to check if I had a Commendation Pack yet (didn't), logged off Origin to see if that would work and finally logged back in to find ME3 needed me to redeem an online pass...

Hopefully they can patch this or roll back the Spectre pack purchase.  It definitely has the possibility of being a huge problem.  In which case I could miss my commendation pack.  Hopefully that doesn't happen.

It's not that either, victory pack or com pack never appeared in my store so I had no problems playing yesterday.

Yeah, it's not packs - I hadn't loaded up the game in days (haven't checked Victory or Commendation packs - did they ever get handed out?). Went straight from the 26MB patch update, to launching the game, to being given the Online Pass + DLC errors.

I *do* wonder if it's something fat-fingered on the DB or in client code. As a developer myself, I'm (more than) a little surprised by how little basic testing/QA/competence there seems to be, not to mention the complete lack of communication. Who are these people and why are they so bad at what they do? How do they still have jobs?

Out of the 40 or so people on my Origin friends list, none of them are able to play right now. I've personally spoken to 6, the rest I know can't play because every few minutes someone: logs on-->starts ME3-->30-45 second pause-->stops playing ME3-->logs off.
Even though it's a small sample size, it is spread over every version of ME3, and spread geographically from here in Sweden to Russia, Australia, and the US among other countries.
So is there anyone that CAN play right now?

Today I can't connect to multiplayer, it requests my online pass.

I find it amusing it's asking me for the online pass and then I expect my player manifest to not show or something but everything is there. MP was working fine for me eight hours ago when I opened my comm pack but now, same issue a lot of people are reporting

Sitting in Germany, it requests a MP pass to redeem. Serial is not working. What can I do? Using PC version

Trying to update -> Infinite searching, no dload starting.
