No it doesn't effect everyone, 4 people played today on my FL. We are an elite group, selected to never play the MP again.

Just spoke with EA... it is affecting everyone. There is no estimated time of fix. Been two days and these folks are loosing money through the nose. If they are NOT working on it, then I am a Yellow Justicar.

Apparently it's not affecting everyone. One Russian from my Origin friendlist keeps playing O.o Or maybe he hasn't stopped since the time it used to work, yet.

No, EA lied to you. I just asked someone on my FL. So either he is lying and I can see on Origin when someone is in the MP. So he has to be damn good.... or... EA.... EA lied. I'm so sorry.

Anyway, just in case it is a specific server, how about we list the things that we have in common.

I don't have a modded .ini file and I know of several people busy playing MP at the moment who have.
I live in France, and I believe that I connect to the UK server.
MP was down yesterday due to update glitch.
MP is down today due to redeem code glitch.
I did open the Victory pack from Exorcist.
I have no idea if MP was playable in the wee small hours of the morning between glitches, too busy sleeping.
Repair install and Update game on Origin do not fix the issue...
neither does rebooting the PC...
nor the threat of a hammer , but for that to work the engineer concerned needs to be standing next to the device causing the problem.

The conspirator in me is wondering... given the lack of official response, could this be a hack? Like the PS3 thing last year. Everyone check your credit accounts that are tied to oirgin stat!

Aparently there is a post somewhere in here stating that they are working on it, but a nice big disclaimer would have been nice, yes.

I've got the same problem, the game asks for online pass and I'm on PC...
I also noticed that there's XBOX360 content, "Operation Raptor Commendation", in my registered game content, is it normal (shouldn't it say PC?) or is it part of the error? 'Cause I never noticed it at the other Weekend Operations.

DRM is a scam, its worthless to the consumer and costs the companies time and money they could have spent on developing better games or more games.

ugh same here got back from work, id read the forum earlier at lunch stating everything is fixed, after 2 days of no ME3 mp, thought ahhhh n1 i can play again, then BAM, online pass/blah blah/denied/mwuahaha no me3 mp for you.

Tried to contact EA through Live chat, all they said was "We can't access your account due to technical difficulties. Please wait until this issue is resolved to contact us again"

They may not have lied. There is an .ini hack that allows people to log into SP or MP without authentication with the servers. This hack became very popular during the original problems with getting ME3 to run, and was used by real owners of ME3 not just pirates, so they could play the game. Many of them have actually posted here on the forum to say that they are able to play MP today. 

As far as EA is concerned no-one logging in is a possibility..as is the possibility of it only being one of the regional servers down.

I'm curious, is anyone having the problem the same way I am? I'm getting the online pass thing on PC as most people in this thread, but in addition to that I can't connect to EA servers on the xbox version either.
