Some customer service monkey offered he'd give me a new code, but it would result in wiping all the unlocked multiplayer content.

Also: To expand, I tried redeeming my current CE key only to have it bring me back to the three option menu (Provide, buy a new one, or cancel), and clicking "buy new key" (Not that I would, but I was curious), resulted in an "error" screen of sorts(Error, followed by "this game requires an online key. Please redeem or buy a new one"). The real kicker, though, is the fact I can play singleplayer, and I didn't get any sort of error concerning my DLC. It's like they're taunting me.

Also, you might try this. Got this from EA (translated from Finnish). I didn't try it, I directly re-installed. I did find the files, try at your own risk:

1. Go to: C:\\ProgramData\\Electronic Arts\\EA Services\\License (could be a hidden folder, so you may need adjust your folder options)

2. If you see *.dlf files labelled "71073" tai "71345", remove them

3. reboot your PC and try playing ME3

If this doesn't work re-install (I re-installed)

Edit: I don't know if this has been addressed already, but I noticed that under my registered game content, a good portion of the content for other games including Mass Effect 3 have a different platform assigned to them. However, I only have them on the PC, yet they say as being registered for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Worldwide FUBAR then....sigh, I was so hoping for it to be regional and therefore an easier fix.

Asking for a new code has been rejected by EA Support Staff...been there and didn't get that. I got the generic unable to access your account at the moment, please try again later answering service.

Last time I needed support was during the original install when Origin made a pathway error in my registry. Sorted that myself, then 14 days later they came back to me and asked me to; uninstall, and reinstall...even though I'd done it 6 times.

This is seriously borked.  I may be overly angry because of the SP debacle, but I was giving MP a chance since it's fun, but this?  This reeks of incompetence.  Every single weekend event this game has had, has come with some form of issue.  Commendation/Victory packs being hacked, the game being locked out to one group, but when fixed locks out an entirely new group?

Seriously, this is a comedy of errors, and I'm on the very edge of seeing if Gamestop will accept my copy as a return.
