It didn't fix it for me but a response I got from ea was:
I have provided you some steps. Please follow them in the given order.

1.Launch origin

2. Click on the "i" (information about ME3)

3. Then right click on DLC & check for updates at both, it will tell you it's completed

4. After a few seconds please launch the game

Please let us know if you need any assistance.


may as well give it a try guys see if it works for you

I wonder if this is related..
they were doing maintenance to those who won the comendation pack (aka gold match run)
and they somehow fuxored the entire server database.. affecting every people who did the gold thing..
Im going to be severely pissed if I lose all my chars, their customizations.. weapons and other stuff..

And they should just use the bioware online data of the multiplayer manifest.. to restore it..
since it still seems to be displaying the correct data.
