No. They can give you a code, but some of the support staff chose not too, tried twice now. I am told they can not access account.

Ok, so far France, Germany, UK and Russia are effected. Any more countries? It just might help narrow down the issue...well if anyone is actually reading this thread from Bioware.

USA here, though strangely, one of my US friends has no issues. And while one of my Aussie friends has issues, another can access it fine. It's like they randomly decided on a ton of random keys that they should just stop working.

Oooooor instead of adding comm pack to online-passes they invalidated aforementioned online-passess. Problem only seems to affect those who sucessfully participated in last weekend's event.
