Count me in with this problem as well. Strangely enough, I was playing just fine last night. Got my commendation and Victory packs from Exorcist, and opened after comfirming it was safe here in the forums by then. Played a few rounds just fine, closed the game to grab dinner, then logged back a half hour later and encountered this problem. Yes, it is a bummer.

Figured I'd toss my hat into the list of people with this issue.

I also have multiple friends currently playing multiplayer - all of which have the standard edition. I couldn't say whether or not they completed the weekend objective however.

This is just pathetic... How the hell can you break a game 2 times in a row this fast?! Note to self: Never ever buy a game with the logo EA and / or BioWare.
No wonder why they are the worst company in the world...

If it was on twitter, it doesn't count.  If they don't post it on their own actual site, how do they expect people to know about it?  Twitter is absurd, I don't use it, nor do I care to "follow" people on it.  They need to put info HERE.  Not somewhere else.

This whole ME3 adventure from start to finish has made me sympathize heavily with game pirates.
To my shame I spent some money on bioware points after they announced the free summer ending DLC and multiplayer pack but to punish me for my momentary lack of cynicism this happens.

This will keep happening again and again and EA wont do anything because they fine printed all responsibility for their product away.
As much as we think starting petitions and threads will make EA notice it wont, their attention has always been on the crappy sports games they pump out each year.
ME3 was just their shiny bauble for their new rubbish version of steam and if you don't like it they don't care, you had to sign the fine print to play the game. Checkmate.

Me too... with the needing an online pass to access my PC N7 Digital Deluxe Edition+ all dlcs.  I did open a Victory pack last night, but never got a Commendation pack. 

Anyone taking bets on what happens after the next Weekend Operation? sigh.

Yes... I can see it now in their headquarters. First we will add space magic and remove all choices from players... force them to play multiplayer and spend money there, oh wait, they don't want to spend money there cause they rather gather it, let us bring servers down so we can (probably) put cash rewards down so they are forced to buy items.

Sounds like something EA would do imo.

Wasn't it enough that SP sucked so much, does MP need to be unavailable now too? Thanks, Bio, I did say that I won't buy another Bio game till somebody makes a 100% confirm that game is good, but honestly how things are getting worse and worse with ME (extra maps and chars instead of some extra play mods is not a real patch [and 100% not free when things in the patch can be bought]) I think I'll just evade all Bioware games from now on.
