Dear Jessica,

the way it works now keeps people playing to get what they want, if you could have your choices immediantely, what would keep you playing again and again. They forget that people played games for years with no rewards at all for playing, in TFC there was no reward system, what kept me playing was the great fun i had and i kept playing it for 10 years.
