And just btw:
Funny to see that in my registered game contents now suprisingly content from DA2 for PS3/XBOX/PC is shown. Also ME3 content for PS3/XBOX..
I don´t have a XBOX.
I don´t have a PS3
I don´t have DA2.
I do have a PC.
I do have ME3 PC Standard Boxed Edition.
I don´t get into MP....still this Redeem Online Pass crap.
I do agree you REALLY messed it up BW.......again.
How was the phrase? Ah, got it:

You may want to make a suggestion to the P.R. department regarding public relations during multiplayer server downtime.
Most if not all of the dedicated ME3 Multiplayer customers are willing to deal with occasional bugs/glitches/etc. This game is not in short supply, which isn't a complaint, but relevant to the suggestion. Instead of making small replies to page long forum discussions between customers hours after the incident starts occuring, instead make a post as soon as the engineering/customer service team(s) discover there is a problem. It would go a long way towards pacifying consumers while servers are having issues.
Paying money for a game and investing hours into your virtual self is a very personal process for many of us. When we are unable to access this virtual world, we get very upset, reasonable or not. That said leaving us in the dark for hours on end is not something that helps the process in any way shape or form. Nor do I believe it helps the reputation of E.A. or Bioware, nor the sales of ME3. I realize that they may not want to publicize every little problem in the game, but that is not what I'm asking you to do.
Therefore, instead of making a reply such as this in a related forum post, please consider posting a pinned topic as soon as the problem is detected, even if it doesn't affect the majority of your playerbase. This way, players can access these forums, browse the technical support forum and find out if the issue they're experiencing has been acknowledged by Bioware. Like I said, you don't need to do this with every little glitch, simply do so with the high priority problems such as Server Downtime, Online Code authentication issues, etc.
TL;DR: I firmly believe that the community would greatly appreciate if Bioware set up a system to acknowledge high priority issues in a timely manner. A simple topic in the Technical Support forums would suffice.
Thank you for your attention and I hope this issue is fixed soon.

Well, of course, we deserve it as we don´t have access to our game, which we all paid for......they never gonna give us any kind of compensation. Only a "Sorry for the inconvenience" and (Attention....here come´s the WOW!-Effect) a picture of Garrus holding a turian baby.
*Sacasm on* Wow.....this really cools my rage about all this.....*Sarcasm out*
And i think we can be happy if we still have all our unlocked chars, gear, weapons, etc. still in place when they, in one or two days i guess, finally fixed this issue.
