I have talked to EA help on chat and they have fixed me the online pass.

I have now access to mutliplayer but I still get an error message for the DLC "From Ashes" which makes the solo campaign impossible to play.

I spoke with Origin Help chat: Totally no clue about this. I tried twice and they repeat as a broken record "this is an issue Developer side, it will be fixed by itself"

Obviously if you get someone to fix it, this is a big BS. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT THEY DID. Also explain if EA help chat is different from Origin help chat

Also they said they were sorry for the inconvenience, and gave me 10 Commendation packs.
