Redeem/Purchase online pass WTF?

I'm pretty close to a point to where I don't want to play MP anymore, it is unfortunately getting stale and then this happens.

Wow...That hasn't been an issue for like what, 2-3 years now? I laugh when your PC crashes, or has applethora of other errors that can happen to it. You lose yet again.

That I can expect flawless service.
Bioware is like that cool friend who is fun to be around but can have a deep chat with. Who enjoys quality movies but like to watch a good fight as well. (ie,make fun games but can have deep turns and plot twists that are not cheap. While still maintaining action sequences that are a lot of fun).
Then that friend hangs out with the wrong people and becomes abused and mistreated. And one day you don't reconfigures them anymore.
(I'm using an illustration to show my frustration at EA and how I believe their influences has had a negative impact on bio-ware. is that company bashing?)

Yeah cause Microsoft made the newer generation without a red LED in them, so people couldnt call it the red ring on the new ones

Which makes mild sense since there's no real "used" PC games or market thereof. That's all Online Passes are for anyway, so that used gamers have to purchase it to play the rest of the game. Further proof this is just a cruddy port rather than a dedicated development cycle.

If you're silly enough to click "purchase an online pass" ....you can't buy an online pass because you need an online pass to access the online features to buy an online pass >_>;;;;;

So uhh... I'm not sure what's going on now.
Yeah, that's the fracking thing about it -- over $300K for an online pass? What kind of geniuses do they have working on their DMR/networking/etc bull-duece?
Just tried the live chat... they are "aware" of the issue and "working" on it.

Sad thing is I'll probably keep playing this game, as it is pretty fun WHEN IT WORKS. But this is definitely the last time I buy anything put out by EA or Bioware. Origin is worse than worthless, and being treated like a criminal child instead of a valued customer is total hog-duece.
Torchlight II is coming out soon. I think I'm going to buy copies for everyone I know.

Well it is not a cruddy port... just notes a shift in development. As all games are created on computers, and for consoles are then subsequently ported and [supposed to be] optimized for consoles.

I was annoyed that ME3 was Origin Exclusive, now I'm positively pissed that Origin does not work right. This is not a good impression to make on your customers. DRM should never punish the paying customer, and because thats exactly what its doing, I expect swift results to fix this mess.

My xbox 360 broke 3 times.... Confused. Oh and I don't play for multiplayer it's free on pc.

The saddest thing about Origin is that it is still in Beta, and its currently version 8.5.2.23-151265.
The thing has been revised several times, but still no actual fully fledged client.
Or have the devs just been lazy and not renamed everything..?
