it wouldnt not be part of EA if we didnt get vague weekly problems :D. I dont plan on extending my SWtOR

I talked to EA and they say it is BW fault.  Talk to BW and they say it is EA fault.  I don't care who is at fault.  Fix it

That means they give them out to everyone regardless of who participated in the event or not. Wonderful.

Well, i really think they need more time than just a couple hours to fix this. I guess the majority of the PC players (Maybe thousands of players), like myself, will have to wait another full day or maybe two untill this is fixed. I only hope that all is back in place where it was. I don´t expect that we will get any kind of compensation, although i really would appreciate it.

The only reason i accepted to purchase a game with that digital DRM crap, every startup Authentication, "Must play MP" to get max. SP GR / EMS and so on, was because it´s Mass Effect. But now i´m so disappointed about the SP and now also the MP, that i know i will return to my "Intigrity" not to buy any game which has digital DRM / Must have online Authentication at every f****** startup / Must include playing MP to have max. outcome in SP / and so on.

It´s just very sad how such a once shining diamond (BW) decades.....just sad.

I don't get how a seemingly small transaction (Commendation Pack) could screw up a supposedly robust net application like this.

1. Did we receive a message from user XYZ's game indicating completion of a Gold match?
2. If yes, flag the account. Maybe store all such users in a secondary table/database.
3. Iterate through all flagged users and insert items into their accounts.
4. IMPLODE!
5. Salivate over Youtube videos of Diablo 3.

Bioware... here's how you fix this. Go into VISUAL SOURCE SAFE, choose the build prior to last nighs server update, rebuild it, publish it. This is what is known as 'Rolling Black' to the professionals.

20 hours olwith your product unavailable is just armature. So much of this fan base is already standing over biowares coffin with hammer in hand... why you gotta go give us nails?

Yeah I've never pirated a game before, but if this trend is going to become commonplace, it will become much more tempting. Sad when the pirates can play the game easier than the people who bought it!

As members of the community we are, and as we are being subjected to 'any form of abuse', insulted and neglected in this case. I really think this message applies and that once the dust settles each and every one should be compensated with enough credits to buy a few spectre packs at least. ;-)

Who's the mommy?  Has anyone ever seen a female Turian?  That picture does make me smile.  Maybe this is from a dream Garrus had....or it's his nephew....or this is a baby he pulled from a burning building on his homeworld after being attacked by reapers - it was the lone survivor. 

That baby could be the future ME hero.  The possibilities are endless.  God I wish I could play MP.

So, reinforcement packs are incoming, but "All your base, belong to us" and you will not be allowed to log in to collect. You know what? Keep the pack, just let me log back in.

Adhiraj: please follow the below steps:



Check the game region.

Login with the ME 3 ea account in Origin and click on the gear icon/ cog button.

Click on the Settings.

Select/change the language under General tab after clicking on the Settings button as per the region of the game.

Now click on “my games” tab and right-click ME 3, click Repair Install and it will re-download and re-install the game with new patches and updates.

Exit from Origin

Restart Origin and game now.

Registering discontent with EA and DRM. This denial of ability to use the game is ridiculous - you KNOW that someone accidentally hit one of their digital "kill switches" on the games instead of the Operation Commendation - One wrong input and POOF, everyone in that list has no access.

It's not legal since EA owns Bioware 100%, lock stock and barrel. Bioware still has a lot of say in matters concerning their games since they sit on the board of directors of EA.

At the bare minimum, 20+ hours without a fix. This is absolutely insane especially considering how the servers were down yesterday as well and took a decent amount of time to come back up. I haven't been able to access the game since Tues. Evening when I mistakenly (who knew?) opened a Victory Pack.

2 Days during which the majority of players can't access the game unless they check in on it once an hour.

Please, just roll back your servers to last week and manually add commendation packs in when you can.
