Well it is not a cruddy port... just notes a shift in development. As all games are created on computers, and for consoles are then subsequently ported and [supposed to be] optimized for consoles.
It is and obvious the game was rushed. the sprites that are shown during the opening if you look down into the city during the shoot the husks tutorial are still there. the lack of marking whch side mission is in progress or where you need to go is another.
the lower level near purgatory's entrance where the back ground chracters looks crude and screams of a console port.

I doubt if they would solve this problem.

my game quit working because the victory pack thing yesterday.
24 hours later i got to play for a couple hours then took a break.
came back to see if i got my commendation pack.
now i cant play again because of this online pass business.
this is really getting frustrating to say the least.
Absolutely the same thing happening/happened to me (PC). What a mess Bioware and Origin have made of this. I suppose it's going to take another day or five to get this fixed?

Wow...That hasn't been an issue for like what, 2-3 years now? I laugh when your PC crashes, or has applethora of other errors that can happen to it. You lose yet again.

55% fail rate dopping to 30% fail rate isn't a non-issue.

EA prevent me playing ME3 because it wants me to go buy Diablo 3 and play that instead.
I understand. Will do. Only one more week to wait....

I was on the fence as I thought I could get a few more months of casual gaming enjoyment out of ME3... Now it seems that because I cannot play the few times I am able to due to server issues on the EA/Bioware side that I might as well jump ship and play another game. Here is to hoping the grass is greener.

Amen to that. The 15th is very close indeed. Say bye bye to EA.

Had this happen before several months back with my ME2 DLCs had to have the support fix each on individually, was really aggravating. I really hope this isn't the same problem.

I'll laugh at you as you wait 6 weeks to get your xbox repaired.
I'll have my PC working again within an afternoon.
PCs also don't crash incredibly often if you aren't using them with a complete disregard for common sense.
