That must be how they solved the online pass issue. Just turn em' off.

To be fair, that's pretty much the universal tech support #1 quick fix. Turn it off, turn it on, see if it works.

Somebody at Bioware probably figured it couldn't hurt.

Theres no new information just the same old our engineers are working on it and its a "priority".

at this point it seems like it's a pretty damn low priority if it hasnt been fixed by now.

7:00PM PST is 10:00PM EST

She's saying it'll be fixed tomorrow morning PST so probably late late afternoon EST (IE p[robably after 1pm EST).

All I can say we can do 1 of 3 things right now.
1. We can cry and whine, and ultimately threaten to destroy EA and in effect may lose Bioware in the process
2. Let EA continually dominate over us on what could and couldn't happen with our games.
3. Or We can join forces and artificially assimilate together to form a new and better Video Games developer/Publisher
Yes, I know not really helpful, just my 2 cents, you'll never know their customer services might extend an explanation to all the technical difficulties later this summer

I hope the person responsible for such a major frakup will face the consequences and those should be grave, since it's serious business, not selling tomatoes on a Sunday market. Although I doubt any of us will be compensated for the trouble, the only thing we've heard so far were a few words from Jess, who can't even do much about it, being supposedly just a rep for the community. Kinda sad she has to take the bullets for some incompetent techies.

I bet there are at least "few" people around here that will give up on ME3 MP and/or EA and/or that sick Origin idea. Losing customers because of some frakked up validation/auth ideas and crap like that? How dumb one has to be to believe that all those fancy "anti piracy" protections are going to work?

Bioware, please get out of EA's bed. It's wet and it stinks.

Hollow?... No It's not hollow, it's downright abuse and taking advantage of a bad situation

If you go to a hospital and the doctor makes a mistake , what do you do? You end up suing for emotional distress and mental anguish as well i guess physical pain.

If you go to a restaurant and order food and get sick after eating it , what do you do? Rinse and repeat same above

If you pay for a game and you cannot play it ... should we follow the same above tactic .. perhaps but it serves no one .

An apology and an explanation from how the bug started and how it got fixed would go a long way with the gamers and myself especially.

I want them to picture themselves in my seat looking at my screen which asks me to redeem my online pass.

I'm not mad at you, but it's been over two full days that this has been blacked out, just in my case, others have had it worse.

I had 26 hours of downtime from the last bug and 19 and a half hours as of right now with this new one. and looking at another 12 hours with it at least.

This is an unacceptable amount of downtime and I am seriously hoping you guys consider some kind of compensation for those affected.

- and before I get flamed, yes ME3 IS my life at the moment, with an N& score in excess of 1200, yes I play it a LOT and am fully aware of how dissapointing it is not to be able to play for a couple of days. 
But Dude, Doctors errors in a hospital? Are we REALLY comparing a computer game to this? LoL

We should have a contest on guessing how long the downtime will be after the next operation. Since there's been problems after every single operation that's given out rewards. And they've been getting worse.

Maybe next time we won't even get Tuesday night in between the Monday - early Tuesday and Wed - Fri issues.

If you uninstall, and reinstall the error goes away, however the DLC servers are down so no resurgence/from ashes

Basically MP only.
