Works for me now.  And it just started working becuase I tried it less than 30 minutes ago. PC/USA/Central Time. 

No commendation pack.

PST. As a hint, I am looking over the pacifics coast right now. It is pitch black, the only reason I am awake was a coffee at 6:00 because it looked like 3:00 outside. Works fine for me now. However, I do not have my Victory Pack, though got my Commendation Pack. Sadface. And yes, the Online Report thing was toggled on, as it's always been.

I was able to log in just now. PC/USA/PST. Victory pack was there, but no commendation pack.

USA, N7 CE Retail. Not working. But, Origin is working at least. The notice that said that they are aware of the issue is gone though. If this is going to happen every time they do these kill 1 million soemthing, there is no point to be playing this game anymore. Instead of DLC, they should fix all the bugs first like vanguards being stuck in mid air and do nothing, unless u host.

The problem wont disappear while Bioware and EA's employees are sleeping. Server load is down now, which should reduce the rate of serious errors. When they wake up, they will have time to implement a serious fix.
