Okay, it works again for me.

still, if this happens again, I will turn off the gameplay feedback option and not partake in any multiplayer events.
The fallout rate is just too high, which is a shame, because I actually like the multiplayer

I haven't opened or got any commendation pack before (just the victory pack) and it's still not working for me (I'm in Germany).

i didn't open a commendation pack. i did buy some psp and got the indra sniper rifle... maybe that's why??

It's working for me now - I got my Victory pack, but no Commendation pack .. but you know .. babysteps. I'm just glad that the game seems to be working for now.

I think the lesson here is to not open victory/commendation packs until you've checked the forums.

Doesnt matter if you opened the packs or not. I went to bed on wednesday at 23.00 (CET), checked the store for pack (got none yet as expected). Got up early to check the store again but the pass thing happened.

So has nothing to do with opening packs. Stop spreading false information.

^^ didn't even get the packs when the problem occurred, sad. working now, happy. opened 35 premium spectre packs, all character cards but 1 ultra-rare, sad. was actually the javelin I, which is the only buy-able weapon missing, happy. gun was ****, sad.

yeah this random thing is not working out. i know they're trying to promote players to expand what they play (yeah right), but this pretty much guarentees that i'll never see a valiant. and this is someone who's maxed out all the buy-ables minus N7's, so don't give me that "expand what you play" crap.

Game works. Still no commendation pack. I even had an EA support guy (the only competent one I've run into in about 10 support tickets) credit a commendation pack to my account. Still nothing there though.

I'm guessing the people experiencing this were supposed to receive commendation packs, and after fixing the MP connection pas problem (I had it, it is now fixed) the packs will be pushed back a bit.

That's fine, at least we can play the game.

Game is functioning again here (Australia) but again, no commendation pack.

I'm going through the EA helpdesk to try to get them to fix the no-commendation-pack thing, because it seems (from what I've heard) that when they can fix it, they do it pretty easily. See how we go...
