From some of the places reporting in, I'm guessing that this is being done one account at a time not on a server basis. And the (sad) thought popped into my head. I wonder who will be the last and how long it will take her or him to finally play. And hoping it's not me but then I think the game hates me anyway. Maybe it remembers all those nasty things I said about Origin. (EDT Ontario, Canada)

Edit - just tested 4:20 am EDT and it's now working. However, the unopened Commendation Pack that was waiting for me has evaporated. See, I told you ME 3 MP hates me. So yet another trip to Chat Support (6th so far this week) to see if I can get it fixed again.

Edit 2: Chat Support fixed the Commendation Pack. Encouraging to know the game still hates me and gave me a Crusader.

BTW - May 4th is International Day Against DRM - just coincidence ;)

It´s very frustrating that customer support doesent seem to work from here (sweden) every choice is greyed out and with the text "Sorry, there are no advisors available at this time. Please try again later.

I used the live chat and got my commendation pack as well.

@PolisMassa Maybe try using the live chat through the origin client. That's the one I used. I clicked the "?" button, and then the "live chat" option with the text bubble next to it. They had me sorted out in a few minutes.

I think it's browser dependant. It didn't work for me on Firefox (probably due to addons?), but it works fine on IE9. You need to be able to identify the game (type in the box then select from list) before the Live Chat options is unlocked. The (obviously Indian) customer service rep was helpful, and I just got my pack. A Valiant I.

Got back into the game but no commendation pack. I can't log onto the EA help chat though which is frustrating as it just sits and does nothing when I enter my logon details on all my browsers D:

Not to be too bitter or anything, guys, but could we maybe save all the ****ing about commendation packs until after everyone can actually get back into the game? I mean, I realise that not receiving your commendation pack is annoying and all, but some of us can't even get back on to be so annoyed. It's been like 48 hours now for me, and still nothing. I'd suggest you all enjoy being able to play MP at all.

I used IE9 like suggested, but I changed the language to united states. Fast and friendly, do it!
