Well, at least the pc CE version of the game works now!
Victory pack yes, commendation pack nowhere in sight but no matter, am happy to be able to play mp again!

So just got off the phone from EA support (free Vodafone calls till 5th of May), and one Commendation pack richer myself... containing a Valiant so not too shabby

Just check what other people wrote on the other page, if you don't have your commendation pack.

Just got access again as well. Commendation pack was missing. Contacted EA support through origin and they added it. Quick and painless, took about 5 minutes total.

Chatting with support right now about the Commendation Pack. He said they added the entitlement to my account, but they didn't give it to me. Instead, they gave me a "gift pack" with 300k credits.

Around 10 minutes to get me the pack. Nice support which EA have. Maybe the only thing they ever did right
Used IE9 and selected US as country, then it worked.

EDIT: Hurricane III, yay... >.<
I think i should text them again and ask them why they are hating me so much, just want a valaint :[

I have just contacted the ea support and i got the pack with N7 Valiant III

The contact options on EA help were greyed out for me so on the advice of this thread I changed the language to US (bottom right of the page) and was able to contact Live Chat. I now have an N7 Crusader. Thanks guys!

We're seriously expected to spend 10 minutes each chatting to a guy in India to get our packs, rather than a developer getting off his artistic ass and writing a script to put things right? I honestly despair. And livechat doesn't work for me anyway, either through Origin or through web browser. Nothing connects.

Had only the Victory Pack in my Store, but the EA Help Chat manually added the Commendation Pack for me. Took about 5 minutes only. Now im the proud Owner of a Crusader 2. May it rust in my inventory forever
