The problem is I can contact EA support via E-Mail only which is not very helpful because I have done that and they take 2 days to reply that they can't help me then. No chat available no matter what I try...

Korjyan, try to switch to USA on bottom-right part of site, then choose Mass Effect 3 - In game - PC. In my case it was instant I hope that I help ye

Yes, big thanks to EA support for dealing with the situation quickly, EA support chat was very helpful, got a second Eagle, so not bad at all

Working, finally, but it would be nice for the BW to compensate us, by atleast extending the period we got the premium packs out.

So i contacted Via Chat (had to change the country to USA) and now have the Commendation pack... got myself an Hurricane II.

Yes, thank you. That worked. Got my pack now. Too bad there was an Eagle in it though...

Well I managed to get connected, contacted ea chat got my commendation pack n7 eagle I (joy). Now got disconnected, and now its back to unable to connect to ea servers (uk). Oh the fun

dont worry about it.. i think i was mass effect multiplayer or gameplay... took 4 min.. took the guy 2 trys but got my commendation pack... and my valiant III.. guess im happy now...

Multiplayer is working for me again. I didn't receive my Commendation Pack, but I managed to get it via a chat with an EA help rep.

Yay, I was finally able to contact support - the guy there was very nice and helpfull and I now got my commendation pack with a Valiant in it .. a little bit of faith has been restored for me in EA, heh.

I selected the option where it says "Gameplay/In-Game" or something like that =)

Unless you're not in the US. In which case you can't contact support at all.

Yeh I'm in Asia at the moment. Tried US, tried home country, neither works.

I'm happy to wait, so long as I get it in the end. In the meanwhile, going to bum around in Skyrim.

I'm in Australia and I was able to access their Live Chat support. Granted, it didn't show up until 2 days after the ME3 release date though. Whereabouts in the world are you? Maybe it hasn't come to your region yet? (Which totally baffles me. It's freaking online chat!)

Hmm. Just had a talk with EA Live Chat support.
Didn't get a commendation pack, though. Apparently, their tools are down at this particular moment. Will have to try later.
