Yeah same, I was connected to someone pretty well straight away, and the whole process went quite fast

uhm, i never had the cerberus code problem, and yesterday i got the commendation pack. But i didnt open it, and today when i wake up and log in, its gone. why is that?

I can occasionally connect but get disconnected in about a minute, then unable to connect (uk)

Good god, just had a reply back from my customer support ticket, where they say:

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support regarding your game.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing those problems with your EA game.

This is a know issue and BioWare engineering team is worknig on this. Please visit this link to get more information about this issue.

Edit - it's a direct cut and paste from the email, I myself know how to spell "working".

:) Multiplayer works again, and I just spoke with EA Live Help to get my commendation pack.

That's the quickest chat I've ever had with EA support, took all of 30 seconds to connect and two minutes or so to get my commendation pack added.

Important Note: For the Live Chat option to be enabled you may need do the following (I had to, from UK):
1) Go to: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2) Click the "Log In To Your Account" button and sign in with your Origin email & password
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page, in the bottom right there is a "Country Selector" select United States
4) Product: Mass Effect 3 (choose your edition), Category: Technical Support, Platform: (Plaform)
5) Click the Live Chat button and wait to be connected

Changing the country to United States instead of United Kingdom is what enables the Live Chat option for me.

When you're connected to a support rep, simply explain something along the following:

"Hello, I participated in Operation Exorcist on (platform) and did not receive my commendation pack reward. I appreciate there have been server issues recently and it was mentioned on the BioWare social network that if I spoke with you that it cold be added to my account for me."

They may ask you a few more questions, but a few minutes later you should have your shiny commendation pack.

Got the Hurricane I this time personally, which means the only one I'm missing is the Valiant that I was hoping for.

Hm...have you put the page in English? Because I got the live chat without trouble from Germany and I didnt switch my country to US.

Multiplayer is up again for me (in the Netherlands) and I talked through EA Live Chat to get the commendation pack (N7 Valiant, woo!). I also received a 'gift pack' with 300,000 credits. I can live with that.

No commendation. No way in god's good grace am I going to spend some time with EA support to get it. Fail. Remember back in the day's when you bought games, and actually could play them. Good times.

My friend didn't get commendation. After few days with constant problems he said "enough of it" and abandon ME3. Applause for BioWare for ruin pc and xbox MP:( Facepalm!

Just got my pack. Took only ten minutes of my time with customer support (queue and checking in the ingame store included) and even got some extra credits as compensation.

Hard to say if they'll fix it for everyone. In the meantime, you can get it from live chat. Guess they have lots of customer support manpower to throw at this problem.

That's how I got mine too, although sadly no 300k cred gift pack :(

Don't bother contacting EA support.

This is what you will get:

Ajay: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but the tool through which we could pull up your Account details is presently not functioning. We are expecting this tool to be functional again with in an hour or two. I would appreciate if you could please get back to us after an hour or two in order to get better assistance in this matter.
you: that seems very curious, since quite a few other people are saying you have been able to solve their problem in the last few minutes
Ajay: I can understand your concern,however, the our tool to pull this information and fix it is not working at the moment.

I sometimes wonder why EA even bothers trying to develop something like Origin. It seems they completly fail at anything they do themselves... Maybe they should focus on ruining other buisnesses, that seems to be the only thing they can do well.

I can confirm the gift pack. it magically appeared in the store after i contacted support. Got my commendation pack as well of couse.:)
