I asked about the GiftPack and was told that there was no such Pack at this time. I'm sure if this is something real, Bioware will make sure everyone gets one eventually. They're probably still knee deep in the fix right now.

No it isn't. Waiting time was stuck for me at 19 minutes, went to 11 minutes and returned to 19 shortly after. They better fix it automatically. Not going to waste time and beg support.Brettic wrote...

Make sure you are logged in to their website with your EA/Origin user ID and then proceeed.

You do realize that you can do other things while waiting? Like say, reading this forum and commiserating about the game. I found that to be an efficient use of my time.

DId you log in first then select the game and platform?
Of course once you get into the chat they make you repeat your game, platform and login information — great system.

You have to go through the motions of choosing product (game), type of issue (technical support) Platform (PC or whatever you have) then the options are available.

Contacted support, they got me the CommPack, but said the Gift packs will come when higher up management sorted some things out.

No not really. Why are some people getting gift packs and some aren't? Did they say something specific like rip thier heads off about all the credits they could have earned or is the gift pack related to a different problem? OR maybe it's a country thing because I know a lot of american users are not getting a gift pack as extra. It seems so far that Euro players are getting it or maybe it's just random dumb luck with who you talk to via support.
It just doesn't make sense that some people are getting compensation for the down time and some are not. Unfair. But doesn't suprise me if this is the case.
I think he got a nice support Person.
He was lucky, I got a "please wait for the developers to fix your online pass issues, have a nice day bye" kinda guy.

2) I was very very polite to the customer service person, maybe that made the difference? I said thank you a lot and didn't nag. It's like the blue Paragon options
