I live chatted with Bipi and was told I will see the Commendation pack next time I log in.

I asked about the GiftPack and was told that there was no such Pack at this time. I'm sure if this is something real, Bioware will make sure everyone gets one eventually. They're probably still knee deep in the fix right now.

No it isn't. Waiting time was stuck for me at 19 minutes, went to 11 minutes and returned to 19 shortly after. They better fix it automatically. Not going to waste time and beg support.

Go to: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Make sure you are logged in to their website with your EA/Origin user ID and then proceeed.

Anyone else still unable to connect to ea servers. I can some times but only for a minute or so. Im in the UK.

You do realize that you can do other things while waiting?  Like say, reading this forum and commiserating about the game.  I found that to be an efficient use of my time.

I contacted support again, and received the commendation pack.

To those who hasn't gotten theirs yet, keep asking! You'll receive one eventually.

Well I guess they don't want to talk to me - when i go to the https://help.ea.com/contact-us link, log in, there is not a single contact option that isn't greyed out. Even e-mail is greyed out.

DId you log in first then select the game and platform?
Of course once you get into the chat they make you repeat your game, platform and login information — great system.

22 minute wait, give or take, online chat with ea... got the Commendation Pack and was lucky enough to get Valiant II... worth the wait, I guess!  Time to take Ira the Infiltrator for a run! lol

You have to go through the motions of choosing product (game), type of issue (technical support) Platform (PC or whatever you have) then the options are available.

they just updated sticky with info that they screwed up when granted commendation packs. And they wiped them so people can access MP again now you just have to wait untill they redistribute them again

got my commendation pack via Support Chat. (and yes, I had finished both the gold run and the phantom thing)


Only thing that annoyed me is, they have no clue of other bugs nor they accept any kind of reports

I'm talking to a very helpful person right now. A hint for you Origin users, click the questionmark in Origin and request a live chat that way instead. When I went to help.ea.com it was a 7 minute wait, from inside Origin it was a 3 minute wait. I guess there's some sort of priority system.

Game is working now it seems (haven't tried entering a match yet though to confirm it's REALLY working). Didn't get a CommPack, nor a Gift.

Contacted support, they got me the CommPack, but said the Gift packs will come when higher up management sorted some things out.

No not really. Why are some people getting gift packs and some aren't? Did they say something specific like rip thier heads off about all the credits they could have earned or is the gift pack related to a different problem? OR maybe it's a country thing because I know a lot of american users are not getting a gift pack as extra. It seems so far that Euro players are getting it or maybe it's just random dumb luck with who you talk to via support.

It just doesn't make sense that some people are getting compensation for the down time and some are not. Unfair. But doesn't suprise me if this is the case.


I think he got a nice support Person.         


He was lucky, I got a "please wait for the developers to fix your online pass issues, have a nice day bye" kinda guy.

2) I was very very polite to the customer service person, maybe that made the difference? I said thank you a lot and didn't nag. It's like the blue Paragon options :P

Got my commendation pack after speaking to Live Chat, too and finally the Valiant I :) No gift pack though, but that's OK.
