I finally got my Commendation Pack and i opened a Eagle III !!!!

I never got anything but an Eagle so far. The game hates me now it is obvious.

8 days to wait for Diablo 3.... Im done here.

Yeah that's what I immediately thought.
I think they're going to give everyone that pack, that's why I should wait from 1 to 2 hours to have it in my store, while the Commendation Pack was immediately updated.
Good news however!

Still wouldn't hurt to post the case ID so others might confirm. At the very least we can lessen the evident confusion the support reps have, since one guy says that thing and another again something completely different.

No not really. Why are some people getting gift packs and some aren't? Did they say something specific like rip thier heads off about all the credits they could have earned or is the gift pack related to a different problem? OR maybe it's a country thing because I know a lot of american users are not getting a gift pack as extra. It seems so far that Euro players are getting it or maybe it's just random dumb luck with who you talk to via support.

It just doesn't make sense that some people are getting compensation for the down time and some are not. Unfair. But doesn't suprise me if this is the case.

I think he got a nice support Person.         

He was lucky, I got a "please wait for the developers to fix your online pass issues, have a nice day bye" kinda guy.

The online pass and commendation packs will be fixed by the NEXT weekend event. You guys didn't want to play outside of the weekend events did you?

It was mine and I assure you it's real.
Just can't undestand how:

i've read in the bioware social network that someone seems to have received a gift pack for multiplayer, in addition to the commendation one

and

to be clear, they said they've asked for the commendation one and with that they also received a gift one, containing 300 credits

can be misunderstood...so I can't undestando how EA guys on live chat could say that this case was about commendation pack...

did you tried to patch your game or use the "REPAIR" function inside ORIGIN?

I tried updating the game, I tried repairing it, I tried reinstalling it, Hell, I tried to purchase a new online pass and even that didn't work. I really really hate EA.

I tried to get a "Gift-Pack" as compensation with a case number from one who recieved such a pack, as proof, that such packs are given out. I started a new thread (Called "Gift packs or no gift packs as compensation......irritating.") with the chat result between me and a U.S. live chat rep here:

The result was a bit funny as the rep tried to give me a commendation pack again, instead of a "Gift-Pack", although he asked if i recieved one and i confirmed this. And i clearly asked for the "Gift-Pack" but somehow he "might" overread this or ignored this.
