I contacted EA Help this past week for my "Online Pass Error" and well here is the transcript, hope it can help some of you who are still error-ed:

No. I start the game and it show "Connecting to EA server'. The game menu loads fine, but when I click on Multiplayer, the screen says "ERROR An online pass is required to access online features of the game"

repairing, uninstalling, re-installing... none of those have worked

i am not going to un-install my game a second time. it took 7 minutes to un-install it and 12 minutes to re-install it last time. And it did not solve anything.

that is not acceptable. I have spent alot of money on all the dlc and a few ingame packs. not to mention my world standings and acheivements

Just that I am curious what the solution actually is, so that I can inform the other ME3 player that have this Online Access error, what they need to know to get their issue corrected

I have deleted the online access and added the online access again from my end

Extended Cut DLC says I need to repurchase it. So I went ahead and clicked the free purchase button
