Go https://help.ea.com/contact-us. Choose your product,(ME3 standard, CE or DD) issue and click on Live Chat button. They will be in touch with you in 5-10 minutes.
Tell them you are experiencing an entitlement issue with the Online Pass for PC.
They will ask your name, e-mail, and answer to your secret question.
You have to close the Origin before their fix can take effect.
I cannot login to that page with my Origin account. It says "Your email address or password is incorrect", but I can login to Origin....
So technically, I cannot play, nor ask for help...
