@AskEAsupport twitter channel is the way to go. They seem to be several tiers higher than live chat in terms of knowledge and ability.

No need for a new code or anything. They just log you out of Origin while they fix it, after that it's all back to normal.


That sounds better. One more thing: how I ask anything on Twitter?
I have Twitter account, but I doesn't used much.

Click compose new tweet, paste @AskEAsupport at the beginning, then put a space and send your message, I made an account just for that too and had my issue solved in 10 minutes, while I tried to get in touch with an EA advisor for 2+ hours earlier..

If you're already logged in to Twitter, just visit their page and write them in the box to the left titled "Tweet to EA Support" - it already has the address filled out for you. Remember that you're limited to 140 characters (minus the address), so keep it short, like "Get Redeem Online Pass Error with Mass Effect 3 CE, Origin ID is xyz, pls re-issue a CE Pass incl. From Ashes"

[edit]if you already have a case number with EA Support include that and shorten the text a bit.

Normally if they issue you a CE Online Pass the outfits shouldn't be missing anymore. At least I have them and had them re-issue a CE Online Pass and From Ashes again

Yup can vouche for the twitter fix. Less than fifteen minutes wait time and they even roleplay it up a bit. Very awesome of them.

I had some problems with the Collector's Edition content being unable to authorize even though I specified to the EA rep that I had the N7 Collector's Edition. So be specific about this guys and check your game to see if you have acces to your CE goodies like the N7 weapons and hoody and Javik.

Reading from the posts I'd recommend people to try the Twitter thing, seems to go a lot faster.
