Not sure if this is the right place, but I can't send messages in Origin Live Chat. It keeps doing a carriage return when I press enter. It was working fine, but I noticed it was doing this if I tried to type more than one line. Now I can't send any messages.
Tech support is vague and unresponsive as is. I'm experiencing the commendation pack issue and the online pass issue. Now I think I'd settle just for being able to contact 'Sudheer', even though he's said maybe 4 lines in the past hour and a half.

This happens to me as well.
Do you have multiple windows open at the same time? I find that it mostly happens with me when I'm tabbing back and forth between their lame-ass product and Firefox. I've found that if I unplug my keyboard from the PC and then plug it back in, it *usually* fixes the problem. Pisses me off to no end, because if you don't respond within 15 seconds or so, the "customer service representative" disconnects the chat...even though you can have a paragraph with an extra 50 carriage returns after it because you can't actually send the message >.<;

Yeah, I have like ten windows open at any given time.
Eventually I just disconnected the chat and connected to someone else, but the online pass issue still persists.

Well in case you're still monitoring the thread...
I just spoke with an agent from EA (Deepak, instead of Pooja from Origin ... same place?).
He had me go into Origin, right click the ME3 icon, and select "Repair Install". It took all of 4 minutes, and I was able to jump into Multiplayer immediately after.
