Cerberus Code/Online Pass

I've seen at least one other topic like this, but I figured it may be better to start my own topic for this.

It was working fine yesterday.  Today I tried to log on and suddenly I'm being asked to redeem my Cerberus code, or to buy one.  When I first start the game now I get the following message:

Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.
Collectors Edition Online Pass entitlement.


Clicking redeem gives me:

Redeem Cerberus Code
$315184

Enter Cerberus Code ___________
Continue
Cancel


Continuing does nothing after trying to reput in my code.  Heck, clicking purchase only gives me a message how I can't access online parts of the game without a pass!  So I can't access multiplayer, I can't even get my DLC to verify right now for my single player game.  I want access to be able to play again, and I'm confused as hell to why my code that has worked since day one is suddenly not working!  I also tried putting the code in through Origin, and the website to no avail.

In case its needed, my Origin name is xxadverbxx, same e-mail of course as the one I use to log in for these boards.

Exactly the same here. EA help has no clue about what is causing the issue or when it will be resolved.

Yeah. The only actual help I saw was via Origin in game that stated to quit the game and reput the code into Origin while the game was off. And on EA's website stating to restart the PC and it may just start working. Of course, neither of those worked.

Seriously though, if this is happening quite a bit lately, well just what did EA or Bioware do to mess up their stuff?

An EA representative just responded to my post on the EA forums about this issue. Didn't really state much though...

Not sure if you guys talked to game advisor, for this kind of case, had better contact them.

Hi guys, we're looking into the erroneous online pass message as we speak, I've no ETA right now but this is being worked on as a priority by the engineering team.

Locking this, lets keep the reports coming in here
