My achievement progress is at zero in the accomplishments section of the main menu. I noticed when I was playing online I was getting progress on the striker achievement (kill 25 enemies with melee). I've gotten all the achievements a couple weeks ago, so it doens't interfere at all, but scrolling through it says I have zero progress. This wouldn't bother me, however my bonus powers in single player are all gone, I had all of them, and I suddenly unlocked garrus armor piercing, checked in the med bay and found I only had Armor piercing, yet my shepard has proximity mine equipped. Never happened before. Just letting you know.
Achievement and Single player data erased after patch.

try logging out of your gamertag, then go to where you normally login/create new accounts, in there is a option to download your gamertag from Xbox.com (which should still show your achievements and such).
Happened to me when there was some kind of patch at the beginning of April, downloaded my profile and everything was working again.
