 I know I should be patient, but I haven't got my commendation pack for OP raptor yet(which probably means I won't get it), so it makes me worried. Is BW still giving out the Commendation pack???

They will give it, be patient.
Personally, I can't even access the multiplayer, so consider yourself lucky.

Edit: OP Raptor... Did you check the online feature?

online feature? you mean that online feedback thing? yes, I checked it, it's always on. You got the commendation pack, and then got screwed? coz my game is ok, but some of my friends who got the C pack is down.

No, don't be patient, go and complain to customer service and demand what you are owed, if you're lucky they will give it to you. I've had to complain to cust. service for operation raptor and goliath. For goliath I waited too long and they weren't able to help, for raptor I managed to get them to give me my pack. So my advice, don't wait, find out if the packs are out on the forums, and if you don't have yours, go to cust service.

You can bet I'm going to be paging them today, and you should do the same.

I just got mine (Raptor) about 3 days ago, I think you all will only get it if you contact support, that was what I did.

Well I just contacted support, apparently they can't authenticate my account since the tool that does it isn't working right now. Told me to try again in a couple of hours.

I didn't get commendation packs from the last 2 events so I emailed EA Support last night and got my commendation pack this morning. They were quick to respond but they only gave me one pack.

You're lucky. Apparently the Commendation pack creates the Online Pass problem.
That's what I've heard anyway.

If you want the commendation pack, i highly recommend you complain about it on the EA help site and then live chat with a person who will give you the commendation pack. Took me 5 minutes and i got it!

Here are the steps if you want the exact way to do it:
1. Go to 
http://help.ea.com/ 
2. Sign in with your EA Account
3. Click Contact Us
4. Fill in the form
5. After submitting it you will get a complaint no. 
6. Click on it.
7. Click on live chat
8. Talk to the person about the issue
9. He will solve it, enjoy the pack.

I did a live chat with EA support and they fixed it so I got my Commendation pack and inside MAGIC BEANS!!!!
