The thing I don't understand is, they keep asking me at EA support about the latest Exorcist pack, which I got no problem. But like the other people on this forum I keep telling them I'm still missing Raptor's commendation, and they said basically it's expired, they can't do a thing about it for me. And my experience with EA help live chat is that those guys don't really want to deal with me. In my personal experience with them they aren't gonna be helping me none.

So if it's such a wide spread problem, why isn't Bioware doing a hotline thing for this like they are with the Exorcist pack? I'm sure if Bioware a developer address this, this problem will be resolved for the community in no time.

Better then us gamers having to go through corporate phone call hurdles.

Same issue, I've contacted support three separate times and while they insist that they've added the pack to my account, it doesn't show up in the store. I had pretty much written it off anyway (especially since I lost connection to the server immediately after fulfilling the requirements), but it's still a little bothersome.

How am I supposed to contact customer care when I can't either call, chat or even email? Is this becoming a discriminatory situation on region?

Um if you can type in the forums, you should be able to access EA support, unless it is down for you for some reason. It was up ten minutes ago. I talked to a guy named Pashant or something.

Also, I take back what I said about the Hurricane--that thing rips enemies to shreds. It seems like it is stronger than most assault rifles.

which =fail. By the way, make sure to ask for your extra special 300,000 credit pack that some are being randomly sprinkled with over the inconvenience of being locked out. I hope you get one. Lot's of us didn't.

Maybe I was lucky the first time I did that. I'll give it another shot. Maybe in 10 minute bursts. Will let you know once I'm successful.

I'm having this exact same problem. I play on the 360, and haven't gotten my commendation pack from either Raptor or Exorcist. During Raptor, I figured it wasn't really worth the hassle trying to go through customer support trying to get the pack. I had hoped that during the next exercise, the problem would be fixed. 

But that doesn't seem to be the case. People have been having issues with getting their commendation packs all week long, and it looks to me that most of those who got it are those who managed to successfully contact EA support. 

The problem for me now is first, I don't have my commendation pack from either Raptor or Exorcist yet. Second, I have tried the Contact Us option on help.ea.com and I was unable to log in. It tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable. I have tried from home and at work, both times I got the same error. Lastly, the Email Us option under the Help section at the bottom of the page says it is unable to redirect me to the required source. What this means, I have absolutely no idea. I wouldn't mind calling EA support over the phone, but is it only for US players? What about people living overseas, like me in Singapore?

For those who have gotten their packs through live chat, is the live chat available through the Contact Us option? And do I require a microphone to be able to do a live chat? Because I don't have one. If yes, then what I'm looking for is to email someone to tell them about the problems I'm having.

I issued a ticket on Friday and got a reply saying the missing commendation pack was added to my account (Xbox 360) but even now I don't have it, all I see in the store are the recruit, veteran, spectre and premium spectre packs no sign of the commendation pack, please help

Just FYI I got my Exorcist pack on time and lost my Online pass, but I never got my Raptor pack. The night my Online pass was bugged I contacted EA and got it sorted out and when I got back on last night I had two Commendation packs and a "Gift Pack" that was a Premium Specter pack in disguise.

Commendation Pack gave me a Crusader and Valiant from the two and the Gift Pack gave me a Black Widow I, so I am a happy camper.

Why do people not realize that EA support doesn't read forum threads to find people in need of help ? Forum here is mostly for bickering, useless offtopic threads, score boasting and random rage. If You have a serious issue go to EA Support and contact them  HERE . Set Your region to US (to be able to use Live Chat) and be mindful of the time zones. They do not work in the middle of the night. Majority of their staff knows what theyre doing and even tho they copy-paste most of the responses they usually help.
Why do people not do that in the first place is unfathomable to me.

Did this and had my Comm Pack within minutes!  Only thing is that it was an Eagle II.  Oh well!  Thanks for posting this info!

I've made calls to EA help chat, must have been like 10 times over in the span of two weeks, 5 times they told me they added my pack, nothing there. A couple of others I have some rude reps telling me off, saying one thing while I ask another. I'm not getting any help from EA costumer support at all.  Not on my Raptor commendation pack, not at all.

From the looks of things, probably not on anything else either.

Bioware should register the problem with EA concerning missing Raptor commendation packs.  Or better yet give those of us who are still missing it the packs directly.   Corporate culture over there at EA is rowdy and haven't a care.  Developers better take care of their own.

Same problem as MEDA ^. Havent gotten for Raptor or Exorcist and the customer support are no help
