So if it's such a wide spread problem, why isn't Bioware doing a hotline thing for this like they are with the Exorcist pack? I'm sure if Bioware a developer address this, this problem will be resolved for the community in no time.
Better then us gamers having to go through corporate phone call hurdles.

Also, I take back what I said about the Hurricane--that thing rips enemies to shreds. It seems like it is stronger than most assault rifles.

I'm having this exact same problem. I play on the 360, and haven't gotten my commendation pack from either Raptor or Exorcist. During Raptor, I figured it wasn't really worth the hassle trying to go through customer support trying to get the pack. I had hoped that during the next exercise, the problem would be fixed.
But that doesn't seem to be the case. People have been having issues with getting their commendation packs all week long, and it looks to me that most of those who got it are those who managed to successfully contact EA support.
The problem for me now is first, I don't have my commendation pack from either Raptor or Exorcist yet. Second, I have tried the Contact Us option on help.ea.com and I was unable to log in. It tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable. I have tried from home and at work, both times I got the same error. Lastly, the Email Us option under the Help section at the bottom of the page says it is unable to redirect me to the required source. What this means, I have absolutely no idea. I wouldn't mind calling EA support over the phone, but is it only for US players? What about people living overseas, like me in Singapore?
For those who have gotten their packs through live chat, is the live chat available through the Contact Us option? And do I require a microphone to be able to do a live chat? Because I don't have one. If yes, then what I'm looking for is to email someone to tell them about the problems I'm having.

Commendation Pack gave me a Crusader and Valiant from the two and the Gift Pack gave me a Black Widow I, so I am a happy camper.

From the looks of things, probably not on anything else either.
Bioware should register the problem with EA concerning missing Raptor commendation packs. Or better yet give those of us who are still missing it the packs directly. Corporate culture over there at EA is rowdy and haven't a care. Developers better take care of their own.
