If Extended Cut is awsome with a side of epic, is Bioware and Mass Effect redeemed to you?

BioWare will be redeemed in my eyes, if they explain:
1. How synthesis can make any sense in ME-verse. I'm biologist, and I can't comprehend how you can create new "DNA" (you do realise, BIOware, that DNA is just a kind of molecule, with no significance outside of the organisms living on Earth context; but as I recall how many strains prothean DNA has...) by combining biological and mechanical organisms. And by a magical green beam, nonetheless. Control and Destroy choices I can accept, but Control is still inconsistent with the previous message of the game.
2. Why in ME1 Sovereign needed to reach the Citadel and how Prothean sabotage of the Keepers changed anything.
3. Why is Joker retreating.
4. How is it possible that no one starves to death after destruction of mass relays.
Those are my biggest problems with the ending, others being minor in my opinion. I also want to know who were the Keepers exacly, before their conversion to Reaper slave-species. I scanned them all in the first game and it is an outrage I haven't learnt it already, damn it!
Perhaps they'll do something like in Princess Bride and the kid will tell that the end of the Stargazer story is bullcrap? That would be satisfying. And that scene would finally have some purpose.

BioWare never fell from grace in my opinion but I welcome the EC DLC and any subsequent SP DLC anyway.

It won't be awesomely epic because they're too stubborn to admit their mistakes.

How can it be 'awesome with a side of epic'?
They aren't changing th ending, and they're not going to do a second 'fix' of the ending of Mass Effect, so sadly, it is over for Mass Effect.

No bioware is all but dead to me and that makes me very sad this was a company that was able to enthrall me and my friends and with one 10 min scene (and subsequent PR bull****) destroyed one of the best stories I've ever heard

I seriously doubt it will be "awesome with a side of epic", but if it is, then the first steps on the road to healing will begin.
However, once trust is lost, it's hard to get back. So while I will begin to forgive them, I will not be pre-ordering any more of their games for a while.

No, OP, Bioware/EA are not redeemed. They never apologized for their mistakes; furthermore, they (at EA) publicly lambasted me, as a consumer, as well as my peers. That is unforgivable, since they are a business that only exists because I gave them their profit margin.
Pertaining to Mass Effect: they sold me an incomplete game. Considering I paid $70, initially, for it (including that godawful From Ashes DLC), I deserve a completed narrative.
I didn't get that.

Not redeemed, no, and I still woundn't trust them the way I did before, but it would be an improvement from now.

They need to redo the C&C in this game. That was a bigger issue than the ending for me.

Unfortunately, no. This is a scar on BioWare.

There is no BioWare anymore. The BioWare that existed is dead. BioWare is a logo on top of EA.

Nope.....to me the damage is done. No more EA games pre-ordered for me. I will test it for myself, see the reactions for months in forums before buying an EA game again. DA2 and ME3 (specially the RP stuff) ruined for me. I'm tired of being insulted.

No. They need to apologize for their condescension, and their lies about what the game would be and how it would end. Then they need to actually fix the ending, not just expand on it. At that point, they won't be fully redeemed to the point they were at, but I'll give them a chance. It's going to take an entire game to see whether or not they can be trusted again, and even then I'll be hesitant to give them unconditional trust.

"To err is human, to forgive, divine."
In my endless ongoing goal of becoming a deity, if they fix the ending to the game to my satisfaction, I will forgive them.

There is a scenario where both BioWare and Mass Effect will have my heart back, although it's highly unlikely.
