Yeah, because Moderator and Developer are totally the same thing.

Why not, some think glitches and Cheating are the same thing....  Equally ridiculous correlations.

There are problems with the site and the Multiplayer Manifest that they could be fixing instead of wasting time going through my Live friends' game activity to root out one "cheater" that I mentioned in a forum post.

It's cool that you think what you say matters, but I as much as you think you are right, well it doesn't make you right. I also don't think that people care that much.  Besides, why are you here? All you do is cry about BW. Just sell your game on eBay and move on dude. Talk about fun sucking.

Second, you had to report him for him to get banned. Bioware has no idea how to track people doing this if they have feedback turned off.

Turning off feedback doesn't prevent Bioware from knowing you're earning too many credits per game. This isn't taking what any Bioware employee says, but simple common sense:

If turning off feedback prevented the server on which your account is stored that also issues your credits from knowing how many credits you just earned, then you wouldn't receive any credits at all. How else do you think the credits show up in your account? Space magic?

That aside, the ability to identify people who earn too many credits in one session is a completely seperate issue from Bioware's diligence in punishing them. The only thing you can infer from people who contnue to glitch credits and not being banned is that the banning process isn't automatic.

Still not the same people handling those things- a Moderator's job is to Moderate, not develope the game, fix bugs, or maintain the website. They are people who's purpose is to enforce rules. There is no "they should be doing something else". This is exactly what they do.

And I'm saying that job is pointless when all it adds up to is punishing people for exploiting a glitch that hurts no one.

The only thing worse than a cheater/explorer is someone who defends cheating/exploiting. Take your rationalizations elsewhere. You can cheat on your GF, your taxes, break the speed limit, murder someone, IDGAF. Just don't act like you have some impenetrable logic or entitlement to do whatever the hell you want.

That's not what you were saying. You were saying that their job was better spent doing something else.

Fact is, that's not your call to make. This isn't your service. If Bioware makes the choice to punish people for abusing a glitch that can stifle their potential profits, that's their call. The fault doesn't lie with them. The fault lies with whoever violated their Terms of Service. If they don't want to be punished, they shouldn't break the rules.

Ain't rocket science, man.

Are you suggesting people can do whatever they want to as long as they can get away with it?

If your friend gets punished, he deserves what he got. He broke the rules. If a Moderator does their job and finds him to punish him, they're not wasting their time. They are earning their paycheck. Them's facts.

Not only are you passing judgment on people who do something you don't like, you're also telling those people not to try to justify their behavior because it doesn't meet your strict moral standards.

You're also comparing credit glitching in a video game to cheating on your taxes and murder...

I'm saying that not everyone views exploiting this glitch as some horrible offense worthy of derision. If it hurts no one then what's the problem?

I don't know what to say to that. My point obviously went over your head. I wasn't literally equating exploiting a game and committing murder.

It depends. In general society, people create laws which are general rules that are agreed upon by the majority. You don't have to agree with those ruled or even follow them, but there are consequences whether we like it or not. Disagree with rules. That's the point of a democracy, but if there are rules you don't agree with its a simple fact that they are rules until they are changed.

So it's ok then. Gotcha. Everyone else does it. Why not then. Awesome logic.

Let me ask you something, InfamousResult. Is it because you are just seemingly Bioware's biggest butt kisser on here, or do you really enjoy being a total a-hole?

Let me go further with that. True, people taking advantage of a glitch may not be the greatest thing for the company, bu the users who do do it enjoy it. I don't participate in it myself, but I will say that the level of zealotry you are displaying towards Bioware is downtight asinine.

I'll be one of the many who admit that there is much that could be improved about ME3: the randomized store, the endless numbers of glitches that everyone complains about, and doesn't do a thing to fix, and that's a taste of only the multiplayer's issues.
I love ME3, and I love the series, but I'll admit the game was rushed. You want an example of a game series that made its fans happy, despite making them wait for as long as was needed to make the games perfect, take a look at Starcraft.

Look, I'm not trying to step on any toes here, but instead of everyone complaining about this one glitch, perhaps we should instead focus on getting it fixed? Hmm?
