@ Pilo T 000 - yes some people do pay real money for packs. And if you are allowing people to cheat to inflate the pool of credits, then bioware is just going to reduce the drop rate of N7 in the packs. What that means is that the cheaters have reduced the chance for honest players to receive N7 weapons ( because honest players will need to earn a lot more credits or put up more real money ).
