 The day I hear about Dragon Age 2 I go reserve it, get the Signature Edition the day it comes out. I play and enjoy the game through all of its glitches, its days within launch I understand. Amoung the glitches are of course not being able to get any of The Exiled Prince achievements, Supplier and Mage Hunter not unlocking as should, and various quest not being able to start or finish because of the propor npc doesnt even have a dialog option at all. But even through all this I still defended the game ad greatly enjoyed it.
Well times goes past, I buy Legacy when it comes out, no problems and greatly enjoy it. Then more time comes out, not able to get The Mark of the Assassin due to financial reasons when it launches but I reconnect with Mass Effect in the mean time, 100% 1 and 2, then am able to get 3 and have it at 94% at the moment but I keep thinking about Dragon Age 2. I see that many other people have been able to 100% and I thought it would be great to add DA2 complete beside my Dragon Age Origins and ME collection on my 100% list so I start a new character, plan out in detail using my collector's edition guide and various guide and achievement hunting sites to get every single item at the appropriate times and do everything. One after one achievements I have not been able to unlock do along with a few others I did not get naturally, am greatly enjoying the game again, been bragging about it on various social networks such as Playfire, MGL, and Facebook. Act 3 comes, I unlock Mage Hunter and only have one last infamous achievement Supplier. I continue according to my plans till I get to my last ingrediant, Ambrosia. I do the aprpriate quest, obtain Ambrosia, my codex updates and nothing happens I go back to the Hawke Estate and look at my crafting table at all 3 parts and it says I have everything except now it says I have to many Spindleweeds, something at the start of the chapter had not been like that, said I only was missing 1 and I only collected 1.
I am at wits end on my 5th playthough and cannot obtain something that apparently others are not having a problem with. I sent a letter to Bioware support to have a "Electronics Arts- World Wide Customer Experience" rep reply back to just post the problem here in the forums, which admittedly had not tried but I had looked u faqs about the glitch on other sites and talked to many people about it, but if anyone can help me out further than telling me to start a 6th character for this one achievent please let me know, this is very very disheartening as a Bioware fanboy sense KotOR and Jade Empire.

There has been some discussion that if Felandaris isn't your last ingradient, the achievement won't unlock.

Alright, ill reload the act and get back to you. Still seems like a major problem. So the Spindleweed being 2 over has nothing to do with this? Cause I had a similar glitch in Mass Effect 1 with the collecting metals and gasses where I had to many gases and everything else the right amount and the quest was incompletable for the longest time

I loaded a few saves back, got Ambrosia, then the last Deep Mushroom, then my final component Felandaris still no achievement.....

It is odd that something that should be this simple turns out to cause problems to so many.

I read a bit of the wall of text, eyes started hurting so i stopped.
One of my friends did it offline and it worked, but it might have been something else.

Played the entire 3rd Act again offline and same as before
