I've been looking into this and I can't get it to work. When you create an NPC you can select what level up package they use (from the default PC packages and the campaign character packages). How do you add your own package to this list? I made the base of the file on excel. I know it needs to be referenced or something in a 2da file but I have no idea where to put it and how to put it there so it appears in  the toolsee.

Can anyone help?

You need to convert the .Xls to 2da:

Then put your file in C:\\Documents and Settings\\Your Name\\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\Your Module\\module\\toolset
