I thought I read that they do, but when I bake my area, they appear to not have a walkmesh.  I want to know if I'm doing something wrong before I put in a bounch of walkmesh ramps in my area.

Yup they do, found it.

You may also want to grab this if you're using the BCKII set:

They are a really fun set!  It's like grown-up lego!
