Currently 960 rank level 19 infiltrator, got the black widow and the valiant.
Joined a gold lobby. 
Team consists of 3 engineers, all rank 120, armed with tempests.
Then, *poof* vote kicked. (Had the same lobby pop up twice and kicked both times, just to really annoy me.)
"i dont think infiltrator is the right enforcement sorry".
So these guys were trying gold, with terrible weapons, little class synergy, and refused to have an infiltrator for the objectives.. urgh??!
Needless to say they were hosting FBW: Geth.

Only ever got kicked for being afk slightly too long (i went to ****** and forgot about game tbh) which was fair enough.

But I generally play 'cookie-cutter' classes so..

Got kicked for going down once in a game when I got caught out in the open by a Cerberus turret while reviving a teammate. Apparently i should have "Let the noob die".

Early on after the game hit the stores I got kicked after a gold game (FBW Cerberus, no camping in the backyard) because I scored about 160.000 while the others didn`t get a third of that...
Yeah, sorry that I was actually killing stuff, reviving you when you died (again) and did the objectives... Being kicked for not playing a living decoy...sad =/

ETA: Also had host rage quit when in another game (FB:Ghost Bronze) my level 6 TS (I promote a lot) was outscoring his/her/its toon. Other two players didn't wait for rehost and I was left alone. A wave later, EA decided I should rage quit too.  Well, D/C, then rage, that is...

Kicked for not having a mic on Gold

Was in a Silver match the other day and these three people were conversing, since I joined midmatch. Everyone made fun of my GT :(

I plug in my mic and ask why they're booting me, they say it's because I didn't have a mic. I tell them you don't need a mic to play complete fb white, they kick me. LoL.

I once got kicked so fast I didn't even get to see who kicked me, why or what for. It was literally *searching for games->loading->you were kicked from the game*.

Played SI GPS, Silver. Outscored all teammates combined. Got kicked about 3 seconds after the round ended...

Because I was a level 19 Human Vanguard. It was on Bronze, however, so kicking me was asinine.

I played silver with a few peeps one time and we finished a few rounds together. One round I literally had to almost win myself with my level 20 KS and they kicked me afterwards. I think the kicking thing is abused a bit myself, but warranted in certain situations. I am just getting really sick of hosts dropping out of lobbies after everyone is ready to go... happens to me all the time for some reason.

Did all objectives on my own including  a Hack and prority targes while team mates run around killing.

They literally left me on my own to get swammed on silver mode during  a hack, I call them out as crappy team mates. We enter the stats page im ranked 1st as soon as I see the lobby the 2 idiot team mates vote to kick me.

I was like "WTF???? I was doing all the objectives".
