Avoid "Doc Holladay"... I was randomly put into a room with this guy who had an N7 rating of like 3300 something, and his friend that was higher around 4000 something. Almost right after i joined as a level 19 Salarian Infiltrator with a Widow X I got kicked. At the time had an N7 rating of 386. It made no sense, I had never been kicked before based on my character or level. I rejoined, and he complained he got me in there again. I said "what's your problem dude?!" He said "I want better players."
What an idiot. I told him how stupid he was for thinking a higher N7 rating determined skill level. It just means he was a ton more time than i do. I have a job, a wife, and a newborn daughter and I'm perfectly fine with whatever N7 I have. What a tool...

Because I saved the team round 10 on silver, they all died and there was nothing I could do to save them, so I nabbed all the objectives, and cleared the round myself. They got mad, told me I was a big baby and said have fun getting kicked. Then they kicked me after we got full extraction.

That happens to me wayyy to often, I pretty much only play with friends on gold now, otherwise they will either rage quit half way through, leaving me to solo the rest of the match, or whine and whine throughout the match and insta kick me back at the menu. XD

They kicked me because I was a Krogan Soldier. For crying out loud, I saved them numerous times. Someones very racist on that team.
I was playing Gold as a Turian Soldier the group I was with didn't know how to take cover while being shot at they kept trying to revive guy who wasn't in cover getting killed.I was overwhelm and isn't easy for me to get to you guys sorry.I didn't die as much as the other guys being the jerks that they are try to vote me out so I left.

so you get kicked for not dying and saving the match because you didn't attempt suicidal revivals and used your brain, but if you'd have died they'd have kicked you for costing them the match when they died first.
you really cannot win with some people.

Got kicked in silver match for using lvl. 4 turian soldier with Revenant 3.(promoted) so I had to level up. Got higher score in previous match than lvl 20. God forbid I want to level up like a boss without need to be carried kuz I'm hardcore and only play bronze or higher unless with a soft lvl 1. Revenant 3 with V stability and Piercing. Pop on marksman and destroy. Especially guardians haha

They didn't like my weapon: Black Widow II with AP and Barrel mod
The 3rd guy wasn't with them so he wasn't going to kick me. We both decided to leave.

I topped the scoreboard only by about 2000 with my level 5 Bartarian soldier with a Revenant 9 in a silver match with Reapers, team didn't get a chance to kick me because i got thrown into the match in round 2 looking for bronze

Had a couple of noobs/ low level N7's kick my Level 5 Batarian soldier... from bronze.
They were probably intimidated by my N7 rank (around 700 at that time), and thought I would steal all the points, even though the points don't !@$#ing matter as we all get the same amount of experience!

Not to sound like a douche but I'm pretty sure I got kicked because I got a 100k+ on a silver match and the next highest was 30k. I didn't do anything wrong, i was helpful, revived, did objectives.

Having a higher N7 rating the the entire team combined, and got cussed for it through messages.
having all my weapons except the ultra rares at 10, having a krogan vanguard, using an asari that only had a pistol equiped, being kicked for not being near the extraction zone, though I told them it's better to wait 20 seconds then run to the extraction, then get swarmed and burn through needless medi and op packs.

I've only been kicked once but it was pathetic.
Joined a game of silver, I'm N7 Level 320+ and at the time was about 280 or so. 2 other guys were 200 and one other guy was about 100.
They tried to kick the 100 and refused to ready up, I refused to kick the 100. After 5 minutes of this all three of them vote to kick me instead the pricks.

Yeah had a game where the host and other players were voting for the noob to get kicked off. OF BRONZE. I refused to go along. Waited to get booted myself but they didn't boot me. They ended up letting him play.
I really don't care whom I play with in Bronze. Unless they are acting a fool, I don't see any reason to kick anyone out of Bronze, period.
