Despite multiple attempts, I cannot log into the Bioware Store and and I never receive an email when choosing the forgot password option. I even made two purchases on the site as a Guest and never received a confirmation email for either purchase. I double checked that the emails were not being sent to Junk mail or blocked. They simply aren't being sent.
Is the store still having problems with resetting accounts and sending confirmation emails??
