 Hi,
earlier today my computer crashed during a game of battlefield 3.
which happans alot. now later i tried to play Mass Effect 3 and this screen pops up

Since when does mass effect 3 require a cerberus code?
when i cancel this. none of my DLC works and i cannot continue my single player game because my dlc doesnt work.
what the hell?

does anyone know whats going on?

You're not the only one with this problem.

Bioware said that they're looking into it, with EA.

I hope something will actually get done, because the amount of people with this problem seems to have increased.

It seems that EA games, has introduced a bug for PC systems. There was never a online code for that platform, it was only needed to support consoles.

Same for me. I'v ejust returned from 4 day trip, tried to play ME3 MP - and I'm asked to buy an online pass. Nothing seems to work ...

xbox ps3 seem to have same problem bioware seem to keep getting thing messed up since ea took over?

I think bioware and EA for all invovenience and error must give to we almost a dlc new ending or interview ali hillis

If EA is involved, it'll get done in the same manner the military handles things of an administrative manner:  Slowly and Poorly.

Yeah, that's exactly why I would think we won't be playing Me3 for this week and the next.

But actually I think it will be fixed by Sunday.

We're aware of the issue for those of you experiencing Online Pass
problems. It is related to the Commendation packs and the team is
actively working to fix this.

Even though the issue is being addressed, just wanted to state that I'm having the issue now, as well (to support how broad the issue is). I haven't tried to connect since completing the event until the last 30 minutes or so, discovering this very issue upon attempting to connect to play the game. Hope it's resolved quickly!

Yes. but this time they broke it for a bunch of people, so fixing it became a more important priority.
