 I started Mass Effect 3 and it says that I need to redeem my online pass code or purchase another
otherwise I can't sign in or play multiplayer
I tried restarting my computer, but it didn't work

Where can I find my online pass code?

There isn't such a thing, the game is just screwed up currently.
Server-sided glitch, or something like that.

 I had to reinstall after my hard drive crashed, and I'm having that problem now too

From what i have read on the forum,they are workin on the issue right now....

There is a sticky at the top indicating they are working on a fix right now.

I am not sure if this works with a re-install, but if you put Origin into offline mode you should still be able to play Mass Effect 3 single player with the DLC. You can find the option when you click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Origin application.
