Pure awesome: Tali, Liara, Ashley, Kaidan, Wrex, Grunt. Legion, Kasumi, Samara.
Not as awesome but still cool: Vega, Mordin, Morinth, Jack, Zaeed, Miranda.
Meh don't care for them much: Garrus, Thane, Javik, Jacob, EDI.

I like Mordin, Miranda and Javik because they are capable, intelligent individuals willing to do what needs to be done. I like Kaidan and Vega because of their friendly and pleasant personalities free from annoying idiosyncrasies. I like Jack and Grunt because they are adorable killers. I dislike Samara because she is a fanatic living by an archaic code.

Man, this was a lot harder than it sounded initially...

Like: Liara, Garrus, Tali, Wrex
Neutral: Almost everyone else, except for:
Dislike (initially): Jack, Miranda, the VS.

I say "initially" because in the end, I ended up liking most of the characters in their own little way and merely tolerating the VS.

oh what the heck - I'll bite.
Like: everyone in ME1, almost everyone in ME2, EDI in ME3 (much to my surprise), Samantha, Steve, Eve/Baccara.

neutral: Zaeed (useful squadmate, funny comments, questionable morality and trustworthiness), almost everyone in ME3 (exceptions are named individually) - I'm not happy with character development/implementation for majority of the returning characters, but it didn't develop into dislike due to there being just enough of them recognizable from when I used to actively like them.

dislike: Vega, ME3 Joker - both started to seriously annoy me after a while, which is doubly sad in case of Joker, as he used to be one of my favorites prior to ME3

second tier: Thane, Kaidan, Javik, Garrus
third tier (top picks in later playthroughs): Samara, Zaeed, Jack
indifferent tier: Grunt, Vega (for now, I didnt take him on missions), Tali, EDI, Jacob
Liara tier: Liara
disappointment tier: Morinth
i want just some funny gossip tier: Kasumi
I don't like the sexy **** type tier: Miri, Ash

Neutral: Miranda (I didn't like her personality but I loved what her character bought to the fold, sadly it was all throw out the window in ME3), Jacob (he was just there), Kaidan (died on Virmire) Jenkins (died on Eden Prime didn't even know the dude), Liara, (yeah I'd be fine without her. At this point the in house favorite is really not doing it for me. Sadly Pre-ME3 I enjoyed the heck out of her.) EDI,

None I really dislike because when you've fought alongside these people well a bond is formed and it's hard to say you dislike that person.

Agreed. I didn't like Garrus in ME1 or ME2 at all, but he was better in ME3.
