a) If it's just a bra, then it shouldn't be considered "armor." That belongs in scenes in Shepard's quarters.
You didnt, some did.c) I never said "sexualized" armor was a good idea to begin with. A futuristic soldier should look like a futuristic soldier, not a caricature of a futuristic soldier. When the person I originally quoted suggested lighter armor for biotic classes, I was thinking more along the lines of ME1 light armor, minus the sealed fabric underlayer. A little bit of exposed skin would be ok, maybe on the arms or neck.
I personally am undecided there - on the one hand, I want things in games look pretty rather than realistic, but on the other I find beautifully crafted heavy armor more attractive than chainmal bras, so there we go:D
None of which you are ever faced with. Well I guess they could have chainmail bras unavailable in a few places, like the Geth ship, so you're happy....
and d) Not according to the ME1 Codex. It explicitly states that "energy shields" (by that you really mean kinetic barriers) only stop fast-moving projectiles, like bullets. They simply do not respond to things like toxic gases, extreme temperatures, or a rock flying at your face.
Compared to weapons that can shoot through walls I wouldnt trust it much more, honestly.Regarding your last point, does this look like just a piece of cloth to you?
Oh, and before you mention biotics, let's do a quick thought experiment. If there is a biotic on say, the Moon, would you prefer the biotic to be under constant strain of having to keep up a biotic bubble to keep the vacuum of space from killing him/her, or would it just be easier to wear a spacesuit?
Lets be real here: Why would the biotic be on the moon for more time than it is needed to get from Mako to spacestation, anyways?

No offense but that is quite probably the most ridiculous argument for showing skin I have ever heard, in my entire life......
