Yep. Is this the third or fourth time you've posted this question?

I can't remember. Maybe this is the second.

This would be so much easier if people actually knew the distinction between a killer and a murderer.

Hey, for all we know, Nef could have secretly been... um... a corrupt dictator... or something... and Morith was just freeing her nation.

The inclusion of Nef being a victim doesn't make sense.  You've said "if you paid attention to the story" before and I think you should do the same.

What, about anything Morinth said, has you believe that Nef was a viable victim?  People think, Nef was killed so Morinth goes after innocents.  Is that what Morinth said?  Remember that Morinth comes right out and tells you about Nef when you speak to her on the ship with no prompting (as weird as that is considering how Nef really doesn't fit as a victim).

Unlikey. Sociopaths tend to manipulate everyone. She uses you far more than you use her. She tricked you into keeping her ALIVE for God's sake.

Just wanted to point out that I don't really think Samara is much better. As far as I'm concerned they're both pretty terrible people. But at least Samara tries to spare/protect the innocent; Morinth doesn't care at all.

did I miss something, the only people I have seen Samara kill was corrupt Eclipse Mercs who were hiding Morinth, and of course a mixture of other Mercs,Collectors and Geth

Samaras Enemies, were also Shepards Enemies, Samara has her own code, but she also respects law, and even told Shepard if he done anything unethical, she would be forced to kill him

Oh they were got. I'm perfectly aware of the crimes Ted Bundy committed. But the fact remains that I've never met him so I can't really judge whether or not I like the guy. That he killed people is a non-issue.

Too everyone saying samara, jack, legion etc are bad, consider what legion says in me2 during his loyalty mission, "don't apply your morals to everyone else. All races should be judge by there own merits. That's just racist, even If it is blind anthropomorphism" kinda paraphrasing there

Opposing murder may be racist, but I'm kinda going to do it anyway.

Also, Jack IS our race

To the goal line.

I'll admit to such behavior being fascinating to study and observe but such trust is...........unbelievable.

Such behavior cannot be mitigated. Becoming paste on the floor is a far better resolution than having her run rampant.

Unethical, but a solution.

It is not Asari law.  Talk to detective Anaya again before saying it's Asari law.

From wiki:

Justicars swear oaths called the Oaths of Subsumation. These pledge protection of the innocent, the punishment of the guilty, and defence of common law and the norms of asari society. This means justicars will never overthrow an existing government, and will instead preserve the existing laws of the asari without the risk of staging a coup should the government be judged unjust.

-------------------------------------------

Okay, granted if you want to get nit-picky, but this is what I meant. She won't go around breaking the law, but rather uphold it. Justicars were more common before asari went star trekking so originally all the code would of been was asari law.
And to be fair Anaya's problems isn't that it's not the law as it were. It's that other species may not see it that way and it could possibly cause than incident. Which is why justicars rarely leave asari space.

Worse still when you consider Garrus left C-sec for nothing more than him not liking red tape (regardless of what you did with him in ME1 arrgh!) and decided instead to just go to Omega and start killing criminals.    Image IPB
