How biotic explosions should have been nerfed

 The recent nerf to BE was a long time coming, but it incorrectly upset the balance of biotic characters.  Right now the characters that are paying for it the most are the drell, justicar, and vanguards.  Without BE detonation increase evos their explosion radius is now a pitiful 2m, while asari still have a monstrous 4m aoe, which for reference is larger than a radius specced biotic sphere.  4man speed run squads are still likely going to be made up of biotics, but previously it was feasible to have a mix of asari, justicar, drell, and vanguard.....now will be made up purely of 4 asaris.  The nerfs have done very little against the effectiveness of warp/throw combo, and have done the opposite of promoting class diversity.

A better solution would have been to nerf the detonation increase evolution.  Instead of 50% extra damage and aoe, maybe take it down to 40-35%.  This would have corrected warp/throw combo's insane 5m aoe while leaving reave/charge detonations untouched.  Asaris are brought down a little bit closer to their counterparts, and you would have more class diversity when one character isn't blatantly superior to others.
