I have not played the story mode for another playthrough because I am waiting for the extended cut dlc, all the while hoping for a frame rate patch.
Even the main menu has issues, where you are unable to select anything thanks to the "connnecting to ea servers" error that won't go away, and you have to restart the game and hope it won't lock on your screen.
Up until now, I have strictly played multiplayer, currently lvl 150. I've enjoyed the multiplayer as a way to hold me over for the dlc. Recently (last week), the online mode has been plagued with lockups, freezes, stuttering (worse than story mode), and disconnects.
With that being said, your game is not worth playing on the PS3, in any way, shape, or form. I will not touch this game again until the extended cut dlc. Not in protest over the ending, but because I can't get any form of gameplay out of it in it's current state.
So guys, fix your sh*t, this is ridiculous.
Thank you,
a shakedly "loyal" bioware/mass effect fan

Telling someone to "fix their sh*t" is a great way to get them to ignore you

That would be a good point if their "EA SUPPORT"was effective.
For example, my case has more than 30 actions, and most of then was me complaining that the representatives are not reading my issue.
A lot of then were thinking that I am crazy `cause I bought a Ressurgence Pack ("and this is a dlc, not a pack of weapons"...). LOL. I had to take a picture of my PS3 Wallet history and attach to the case.... that is ridiculous.
So, the guy wasnt polite, but that does not mean he isnt right.

someone's gotta do it. there's a laundry list of problems (the starting menu too? seriously?). would you pay someone and be "nice" if you didnt get what you paid for?
