 So a good friend of mine has been playing me3 since launch, but never registered his game on social.bioware.com. Now that the manifest is up he decided to sign up, so he does and when he goes to register it says "ownership not detected".

We already went through ea and confirmed he's logged in with the right email address, he cleared the system cache, re-downloaded the online pass, but nothing seems to have fixed it. Any idea what else he might be doing wrong or how to get it linked up so he can use the manifest?
