I recieved my Victory pack, but not the other pack for completeing the squad challenge (complete a run on gold). Went to check if it was there today, and now it wants me to have an online pass?

Online pass issue has been widely reported. You simply need to wait for EA/BW to fix the problem, as I'm quite certain they've received enough reports to know exactly which customers are affected. The puzzling thing for me is why it is taking this long to fix the issue. It's either incredibly complex, or their engineering team is incredibly inept.
Either way, wait for the fix. If you feel the need to report the issue, there is a long thread in the multiplayer forum where you can report your details and/or yoiu could do so via Liva Chat in Origin.
