This needs a little thought, I speak in terms of personality and behavior of the Warden. I usually put meaning in my Warden as he/she stands for something.

Example based on Origins backstory:
Human Noble: A hot-headed chivalrous noble out for revenge against The Howes, the warden respects his people as long as he/leads the people but they turn on the Warden, they will be put down.
Dalish Elf: A be-at-peace type of person, only judges someone on their actions rather race.
Dwarven Noble: Has time and respect for everyone, helps the unfortunate and the fortunate enough.

See where I'm getting at.
