Original Title "How long do you think till FBWGG gets nerfed?"

It is going to happen, but how long until it does.
Personally I would like "map rotations" where certain maps earn more EXP/credits on a weekly basis and other maps earn less.

I would also prefer to see a new (OP) unit in the Geth arsenal and a little more intelligence overall (ie not walking up to cover just to get yanked over).

I would like to see a little diversity and with the operations being bi monthly (Weekends) there is a whole lot of days to fit stuff into.

And I think a lot of people would QQ less if they got more credits by branching out and playing other less played maps and enemies, then again they might QQ more because they would earn less fighting a particular faction on a particular map all the time.


See, it is a double edged sword.

So the suggestion is:
The 2 least played maps= 15% credit increase
The 2 most played maps= 20% credit decrease
Least played faction= 15% credit increase
Most played faction= 20% credit decrease


Basically a tax for taking the easy route and a bonus for taking the hard route. And nothing gained or lost for the middle ground.

It's constantly nerfed by terribad players who literally fail it. Sometimes not even to Wave 6. You know there's a problem when I, as a supporter, is doing most of the work :(

I didn't say take it out. I said rotate it so that people earn less. Two ways of doing it.

1) they statically rotate maps each week

2) they look at which maps were played the least and give them a bonus the following week and the maps played the most less.

I don't see the point of nerfing that combo, all it does is alienate and make less players play the game. I wouldn't saying making the geth better is the thing to do either. Cause believe it or not I encountered many players who find killing reapers easier than geth. YOu'll notice that on the forums too, generally most people find geth the easiest of all three, but there are those who find reapers easier simply because they don't have stealth mobs to jump you

This is BW, it will take 4-6 weeks to implement. Any earlier and people get certain "pass required" screens.. :whistle:

Honestly I think people will still farm FBWGG no matter what is done... It's fast, and that's the reason people do it. Quick credits is their solution for getting as many packs as possible. I farmed myself the other day to cram in some last minute JEPs.

It was the most played map/enemy on gold since week one or two even before everyone learned the strategy to make it easier.

If Bioware doesn't want people using the common strategy they can put in new spawn points in the back and side.

it's not going to happen, there's nothin to fix, the only thing these people are doing is standing in one place which stops the nme from spawning there. Otherwise known as holding a position. Grabs are a minor piece of the tactic, if they didn't walk up to it, they'd still get shot down eventually. Just get some friends and stop playing on publics if you don't like it. Simple as that.

It isn't going to happen. You can't nerf a strategy.

The only thing thats going to happen is Bioware patching the exploit (which can theortically be done on any difficulty with any enemy).

They could introduce an event that due to severe Geth losses in that area they have deployed several trained units to dispatch of the forces, therefore buffed Geth and more Primes and units on that map for some time.

But anyway, if this is what people have found to be good to do - it won't really be "nerfed", because it's not a weapon, or a function or something players can use over others.

Meh, let them farm. People who are only in it for the money need someplace like FBW:GG so they can stay out of my normal games, that way everyone's happy.

They all ready do weekend events, what I am suggesting is the more you play a certain map and/or a certain enemy the less rewards you should get, to symbolise that the Galaxy at War is going well against that particular faction.

EDIT: Or in that particular area.

I'm one of the people that finds Gold Reapers easier than Bronze Geth
