 I'm a PC user and I only got my Victory pack. I'm sure that I finished the squad challenge twice or more

With all the server problems EA/BioWare is having with ME3, that's no surprise. There's not a lot we can do at the moment except... RAGE!!!!!! Or wait patiently (e.g. play other games).

I have also not received my commendation pack on the PC. I finished the required Gold game last Sunday and didn't log on again until today; the Victory pack was there but the Commendation was not.

Yep missing the commendation pack is prob the least of your worries right now.

As for play other game... New Vegas (only just started playing it recently Ultimate edition was Bday present), Witcher 2 with the new dlc addition, or Shogun 2... the decisions.

Let us know what you'll all doing while waiting for the fix peeps

Just finished Iorveth's path on Witcher 2, started Roche's a couple days ago but then I got back to playing ME3 MP but now that the severs are down, I might continue playing Witcher 2. But then again, I haven't played Skyrim in a while.

Assassin's Creed Revelations, probably. Just started on it after finishing Brotherhood yesterday. Not too keen on starting a Bethesda RPG again, I spend way too much time modding it and far too little playing the damn thing.

Too true. I was thinking I might just run around Markarth, shouting guards off that gigantic waterfall. Now that you've mentioned Revelations, I still have to get that game.

After all of this time, the server is finally back up and I *STILL* don't have my commendation pack. WOW.

Whoever is in control of the technical aspects post-launch of ME3 just needs to be fired. Yesterday.

I personally believe that it was the Commendation Pack that sunk my game, but apparently others have the same Online Pass activation problem and never opened theirs. I would hold off on opening them for a few days; they don't expire until Monday or so.

If your still missing your pack, contact EA via live Chat and you'll get it instantly. That's what I did, as well as others.

I got mine, then lost it due to a store error without it redeeming anything.
I've had the Eagle I since the brute challenge and didn't participate in the second one, but I killed at least 200 phantoms over the weekend and completed at least a dozen gold.

UPDATE: Livechat gave me a new commendation package (and I didn't have to log out of the game).

You have to select country "US" to have the option. But didnt help me Depends on the helpdesk person... I was told to wait and with no option to get it "loaded" :/

just got my pack from the live chat team

to get to a live chat consultant to help you choose Category=Game Play/in game

they fixed it for me in 3 mins, now if only they could fix my other outstanding ticket............

Use the live chat feature in the Origin Help window. They will manually give you a commendation pack. This is in the Origin application. The support website doesn't always support live chat.

Live chat worked. Got my pack and my N7 Hurricane fine. Click the question mark in the main origin menu and use the live chat button at the top of the help menu.
